According to a close friend of Toni Rose, James was instructed not to smoke on his room and he eventually went to the balcony to smoke there.  It was there that the accident happened.

When they saw James body at the ground floor, he was leaning on his arms to protect his head from hitting the floor.  This has cause him to broke his arms and eventually died.

James was sent to Cardinal Memorial Hospital.  It was here that he died.

The body was sent to Funeraria Paz were it was cremated.  Now the ashes are being displayed on Sanctuario de San Jose, Greenhills, San Juan.  Toni Rose is planning to put the ashes on his condo unit.

Although their time is not the same the two teleserye are being compared since they are topping their time.  If you are going to compare them, then you would notice that Agua Bendita is a little ahead of Diva on the ratings that is done from March 16 – 18.
