Trump first announced the birth of her daughter through her twitter account.

Both Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner was delighted to announced the coming of their first baby girl with them.  However, the couple has not updated their twitter account about the name of their baby.

Kushner got married to Trump back in 2009.
