Paul McDonald on American Idol season 10
Paul McDonald is the only contestant that made it on the top 13 of American Idol season 10 who has his own group. He is currently considered as the heartthrob of this season of American Idol.
William Paul McDonald is currently the lead singer of his own group called “The Grand Magnolias”. He was born on Auburn Alabama on August 24 1984. Went to a university to pursue a degree in Biomedical Science. On 2005 he met Jonathan Pears and formed the band Hightide Blues, they added two new members and become an internet sensation. On august 2010, they thought that changing their name to new one will give them a better impact and that was the start of “The Grand Magnolias”.
