Bangis on TV 5
The much awaited premiere of the fantasy adventure show, Bangis of TV 5 network is finally near. This will be the show that will replace the just finished drama serye, Nagbabagang Bulaklak.
This is the first time for the the TV network to adapt a classic novel by Carlo J. Caparas.
Carlo J. Caparas is best known for his novels which are already shown both on GMA 7 and ABS CBN. Kamandag (2007), Joaquin Bordado (2008), at Babaeng Hinugot sa Aking Tadyang (2009) are shown in GMA 7 while ABS CBN has Elias Paniki (2010).
The plot of the story is going to revolve around a friendly and lovable crocodile. Bangis will start as a baby crocodile that will grow into a giant.
One day, there is a killing spree on the barrio and people taught that Bangis did it since he is the only crocodile that they know of, but little did they know that another crocodile that goes with the name of Itim was the culprit behind the killings.
