Tom Cruise plays support on Top Gun sequel

Paramount Pictures has made a proposal for producer Jerry Bruckheimer and director Tony Scott to do the sequel of Top Gun which we last seen on 1986.

Top Gun 2 will take place after more than 20 years in the story of Top gun.  The actor Tom Cruise is set to return as Maverick but his role will only play a small part of the story.

The “Top Gun” movie has created trend among men to join the air force since Cruise’s character Maverick is very popular with the girls during those times.  Now, Paramount is expecting to recreate the same fad that Top Gun has created during the 1980’s.
