Sid Lucero and Dahil May Isang Ikaw will compete in the 2010 International Emmy Awards
Sid Lucero is one of those few whose name simply arises from fame because of their talents. Sid and his teleserye “Dahil May Isang Ikaw” are among the few which were chosen to compete in the upcoming 38th edition of the International Emmy Awards.
The teleserye is among the 39 participants which will be fighting against one another that comes from 15 countries. The 15 countries are Argentina, Brazil, Denmark, Germany, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines.
The International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (IATAS) have 700 judges that will decide the outcome of the contest. The judges come from 50 countries worldwide.
Sid Lucero will be competing for the title of Best Performance by an Actor with Bob Hoskins, Sebastian Koch, and Leonardo Sbaraglia.
“Dahil May Isang Ikaw” will compete with “Ciega a Citas” and “My Love”.
The event will take place on the 22 nd of November 2010 in New York, to which will be hosted by former Beverly Hills 90210 star Jason Priestly.
