Peter Jackson will direct “The Hobbit”
Peter Jackson will be the director of the movie “The Hobbit”. This is the prequel of the” Lord of the Ring: Trilogy”. Warner Bros. has finally set a date of shooting the film on February.
This movie will be based upon the book of J.R.R. Tolkien. I will be separated into two movies since it is very long. It will be shot in 3D.
Guillermo del Toro was supposed to be the one who will direct the movie but has left the project because he as other things to do.
“Exploring Tolkien’s Middle Earth goes way beyond a normal filmmaking experience,” Jackson said in the statement. “We’re looking forward to re-entering this wondrous world with Gandalf and Bilbo.”
