Life sentence for Patrick dela Rosa?
Patrick dela Rosa is formally charge with rape case on Quezon City Regional Trial Court last Tuesday (October 12, 2010).
The former actor and incumbent Board Member of Oriental Mindoro cannot pay bail because of the level of his crime. He disobeyed the Article 266-A of Revised Penal Code.
According to Startalk, dela Rosa’s attorney is still searching for people who they can use to help the former actor on his case.
Roxanne’s attorney, Atty. Villamor claimed that their evidence is so strong that it cannot be nullified.
“It involves a capital offense, since non-bailable ito, magpe-petition for bail muna sila, and with that, we will be presenting evidence to show that our evidence is strong so that the court can deny their petition for bail,”
“Reclusion perpetua, life sentence,”
