Beauty Queen on GMA
Beauty Queen is the upcoming teleserye of GMA which features Iza Calzado. This show is the promoter of Binibining Isla Pilipinas.
This is a story of a girl who wants to make it big as a beauty queen. Her mother was a washed-out titlist holder, she become biter and blamed it on her daughter. I don’t know yet the whole story on why her mother hates her so much so let’s just leave that for now.
Iza Calzado plays the role of Maita on the said teledramaa. Her rivals are Maggie Wilson (Rebecca) is the born Beauty Queen since she has so many talents even when she was a child. Rebecca has a sister that will be played by Katrina Halili (Dorcas), who unlike her sister is always intimidated but also possesses a beauty that could rival her sister.
Beauty Queen will hit the television screen on October 18, 2010 just after Lumina. This will be the replacement show for “Endless love”.
