ABS CBN takes legal action against Willie Revillame too
Willie Revillame is the first one to file a complaint over the court against ABS CBN but now it is ABS CBN’s turn to do that.
Atty. Augusto San Pedro Jr. represented ABS-CBN in filing the P486-million counterclaim before Judge Luisito Cortez of Regional Trial Court Branch 84 yesterday, September 16.
Some of the violation that he has done:
On August 3, 2009, his sudden occurrence when the airing of Wowowee was halted because of the funeral of Cory Aquino.
The second violation is on May 4, 2010 when he threatened the network to resign if they won’t fire Jovert Sacaldito for insulting the contestants dung that time.
The last violation is when he appeared on rival network show “Paparazzi” for an interview.
