This is a true to life story that happen between 632 to 647 BC. Queen Seondeok was the twenty-seventh ruler of Silla and is also the first Queen to inherit the kingdom.
Back then women don’t have the power to rule a kingdom or to make decisions for anything. Women are just housewife to their husband. Seondeok, who was also known as Princess Deokman was selected since his father, the king didn’t have sons.
Lee Yo Won will be playing the role of the Queen. She also played the role of Ellaine in “Full house”. The much awaited Korean Teledrama of 2009 will be shown this Monday, January 4 2010.
