Pacquiao – Mayweather no more?

Manny Pacquiao is backing down from the fight between him and Floyd Mayweather, but it doesn’t mean that he is scared of the former pound per pound king. Pacquiao didn’t agree on the conditions that Mayweather is putting prior to their fight. He wants Manny Pacquiao to take a drug test.
The former champ is accusing the current pound per pound king Manny of using drugs to enhance his strength during his fights with the other boxers to win. Manny got pissed of by this condition and said that he won’t submit to such drug test. Manny’s coach Freddy also said that he wouldn’t have his fighter drawn some blood 48 hours before the fight.
Even promoter Bob Arum said that this is crazy and is just made to harass Pacquiao.
We’re not going to agree to have Manny give blood in training, because that’s stupid,” Arum said. “Every doctor in the world will tell you that is stupid. He’ll give his blood at the beginning of the year and he’s willing to be urine-tested 24/7, but blood doesn’t show [expletive] and he’s not going to do it.
Mayweather accused Pacquiao of taking steroids to boost his strength during the fights. He added that he is willing to let his blood drawn out before the fight.
It leaves me with great doubt as to the level of fairness I would be facing in the ring that night. I hope that this is either some miscommunication or that Manny will change his mind and step up and allow these tests, which were good enough for all these other great athletes, to be performed by USADA.
