Eric Johnston Chua claims inoccence on alleged sex tapes

Erik Johnston Chua denied his involvement the allegations to him. As we remember he was the one Hayden Kho and company was referring too as the one who distributed the sex videos on the internet. According to Johnston, Bistek apparently had a lover named Princess Marie Velasco who has sex with Dr. Hayden. This is where their friendship deteriorates. Hayden lawyers confirmed this and added Bistek and his girlfriend was supposedly getting married before the incident had happened between Hayden and Princess.
On December 9, 2008, the girl named Princess visited Dr. Vicki Belo to tell her about the sex affair that had happened between Hayden and herself. Both Eric and Bistek already knew about the affair before the girl went to Vicki Belo. Upon knowing about the affair Belo has called Eric and Bistek to talk about the sex video. While they are talking at the residence of Belo, the latter ask Princess, Bistek and Eric to retrieve the computer that has the sex tape of Hayden and the other girls.
Vicki apparently called her driver to drive to Hayden’s condominium who wasn’t there when they have arrived. While they are trying to open the computer, they learned that Hayden has committed suicide so they rush back to the condominium and found Hayden lying on the floor. They quickly rushed him to the hospital were Hayden was treated.
On December 18, 2009 Eric Johnston received another call from Vicki Belo to open the computer that contains the sex video. Eric failed to open the laptop because of the password that doesn’t permit him to open it but Belo got the right password and entered it there. After searching through all the files, they are able to find the sex video files inside the computer. Belo instructed Eric to make a copy of the video on a DVDR and then she tell Eric to delete the said file on the laptop. The latter did just that and he doesn’t make anymore copy of it.
