We all know her as a sweet and conservative but little did we know that she is like any girl that likes to hang out with some guys and do some awful things. KC Concepcion in real life is Maria Kristina Cassandra Cuneta Concepcion Pangilinan was born on April 1, 1985. She is singer model, actress, and ambassador against hunger for the UN’s World Food Programme. She is the daughter of actress Sharon Cuneta and actor Gabby Concepcion who become popular in the early 80’s as lovers both on the big screen and in real life.
