Harry and Paul: an insult to Filipinos

I have heard news that some TV show from the UK is insulting the Filipinos for having a show that is showing how funny the Filipinos are. I have search for the video around the internet and didn’t found any video concerning the said episode. If you know where could I find it and the title then please comment it on this post with the title of the video and where could I find one.
I don’t think that it is acceptable because I have heard that “Harry and Paul” show have made a laughing stock of Filipina woman. Showing the latter as a maid with no respect to herself, the show is saying that Filipina is a prostitute or something like that.
